I have been engaged in the practice of law for over 30 years and I am part of one of the oldest law firms in Benton County following my grandfather Karl W. Fischer Sr. and my father Bennett M. Fischer.  During this time, he has developed a wide range of experience in many areas of the law including serving as Assistant Benton County attorney for 2 1/2 years and as Vinton City Attorney since 1990.
